We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Package tracking is provided on all U.S. packages. Outlying areas such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc., may incur additional charges.

Processing Times

Ready to Ship Veils: 2 days for orders placed Monday through Wednesday (we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays)

Handmade to Order Veils: 5 weeks

Urgent Orders: For Handmade to Order Veils, please select the RUSH option for each veil.

Please Note: Our fulfillment department may experience delays in December and during Sacrament Season.

    United States Transit Times

    • Standard ($7.95): 10-14 days
    • Priority ($15.95): 7-10 days
    • Expedited ($35.95): 2-3 days ***Recommended for Urgent Orders

    Shipping Refunds

    We offer postage refunds on Expedited Shipping if your order is not delivered 3 days after you receive your tracking information. Please allow at least 2 days before requesting your postage refund.


    Returns

    Custom orders are final once submitted. 

    We accept returns within 7 days for a refund or 30 days for store credit. Veils must be unworn with tags intact to ensure the health of our customers.

    We strive to capture the true color of our veils in all our photos. However, we understand that due to variations in monitor and screen settings on different devices, the colors you see may appear slightly different in person. If you need to return a veil because the color you received doesn't match what you saw on your screen, we are happy to process the return. As a small apostolate operating as close to cost as possible to offer the best value to all our customers, we are unable to cover return shipping costs, and return shipping remains the responsibility of the consumer. Note: we do offer color swatches at $1 if you would like to purchase a swatch in advance of ordering a veil. 

    To request a return authorization:

      1. Log in to your Veils by Lily account
      2. Find the applicable order
      3. Tap "Return."
    Rush fees and labor fees for sewn-in combs are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    To exchange an item, please request a return authorization (see above). Once we receive your return, we will issue store credit to your Veils by Lily account. You may then use the store credit to purchase your replacement item. Current pricing will apply.
